• Your Business/Company name engraved on the ‘People’s Choice’ Trophy Category and another Category of your choice (2 in total) – see list below
• A representative from your Business will be invited to present the Trophies for your selected Categories
• FREE allocated area to conduct a trade display for your business.
• Announcement of special thanks to your Business as a Major Sponsor throughout the day and during presentation time, with introduction of your representative.
• A link will be placed on the Volksfest Facebook page advertising your Business/Company
• Display any supplied banners/corflutes of your Business/Company during the event
• We will disperse any provided promotional flyers, stickers, pens, product etc to each entrant in our Entrant Showbags

• Your Business/Company name engraved on 2 Trophy Categories of your choice – see list below
• Announcement of special thanks to your business throughout the day and presentation time
• Place a link on the Volksfest Facebook page advertising your Business/Company
• We will disperse any provided promotional flyers, stickers, pens, products etc to each entrant in our Entrant Showbags

Sponsors can provide product to raffle or a nominated amount, and a sponsorship

agreement can be discussed with a member of Volksfest committee.

ALL Sponsorship Agreements are required to be paid in FULL by 30th April 2024.
